The original estimate was too small. A U-Haul employee was onsite and helped make the change to a larger storage unit smoothly. I appreciated the assistance on the spot.

C D | Overall ExperienceMade a reservation and then went to facility to rent a storage unit. I paid for it, only to drive to storage unit and find they already rented it and lock was on it. Poor customer service, no easy way to call the on site facility, no one will show you the unit before you rent, unorganized, not knowing actual availability… quite awful all around. Thumbs down. booo!! I have filled out this survey 4 times as I keep calling and reaching out regarding bad experiences. It would be best if you stop asking for my feedback, as I couldn’t be more disappointed in all aspects of how you handle operations and guest service. Wow, just the worst.
