The gentleman working that evening was very helpful in helping us find our unit. I reserved a drive up unit. However when we got there and drive up to the unit, there were 2 units in the same area. Ours was in the back so we had to go down a small narrow hall to our unit. We were storing a motorcycle trailer and it wouldn’t fit down the hall. I explained to the gentleman helping us that I reserved a drive up unit. He told me to go to the office for them to fix it. The clerk working was new, she called the manager. The manager walked her thru how to change it to another unit. Everyone involved was very helpful, friendly and nice
