Horrible and they sold my personal documents, like my birth certificate and I’m suing U-Haul. They were rude, mean and unprofessional from jump.. racist too because if I was white I bet they would’ve worked with me more. They had no right to sell and auction off my legal documents or other stuff.
Nekeundria C | Overall ExperienceDuring hours of being open anyone could walk into the building out stuff was stored in. You didn't need a key card to get in. The bathroom was disgusting! Every time we went to the unit we had homeless people approach us to ask for money or if we would pay them to help us. I refused to go to the unit alone. The desk attendant was no help when checking out. When we entered the building she was busy on her phone. Didn't look up or ask how she could help. I approached her, told her what I needed she dropped the phone and still did not greet me or anything. She clicked some buttons and handed me a receipt. Didn't say anything. And cost of the unit was a little outrageous. Would I recommend any one to use the facility l, no.
Katrina M | Overall ExperienceWhen I moved out, the worker Veronica was very rude and was only worried about her pizza that was coming. Did not welcome me, did not as what I needed. Only asked if I had her pizza. When she asked if I wanted a receipt after move out, she threw it at me on the table.
