Unit was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean. Check in and rental was quick and easy. Easy and safe access that feels comfortable getting into and out of safely for a woman alone. Easily one of the best storage units we've ever rented.

Mary S | Overall ExperienceWhen we emptied our storage unit, we found multiple dead mice and large amounts of rodent feces and urine on the floor and in our belongings. Multiple items had to be thrown out and we are still in the process of unpacking boxes. The unit was definitely not anywhere near being full to capacity so it would not have been dificult for an exterminator or uhaul staff to enter and provide pest control. Very disappointed and sad about items that were destroyed by rodents. I’ve always been a UHaul customer for years but will look for other options in the future.
