Every time I spoke to someone on the phone or in person they were wonderful! CJ was such a great help upon me moving my things out and turning the unit in. The area was very warm when we were there, but several others were also there, so since the doors were opening for hours, that may be part of the reason. Hopefully the "climate control" was better regularly.
