I believe the manager name is Shawnity. I could be wrong but that is close. They also have the cleanest restroom. You will not be disappointed!!!

CLAUDIA A | Overall ExperienceI got nothing but trouble from the manager of the Pasadena location trying to finally get my things. One answer one day, new problems the next. One day I hear they can't cut off the lock they installed. Another day they can for 50.00 but not til the manager returns on Monday. It was just a nightmare. There is a course that's administered to many people in managerial positions. I believe you would do well to put this lady through it. It's based on the works of Dale Carnegie and helps people understand the importance of customer relations and how best to conduct themselves when dealing with customers. Then again, maybe she just wasn't cut out for her position. At any rate, education and follow up or replacement would be my recommendation. I'm so glad U Haul won't be in my future. And there was no talking to this lady... I tried unsuccessfully to resolve my disputes with her. Thankfully I spoke to some reasonable and helpful people at customer service who solved the problems she presented me with. Best wishes

The day I came in for the key/lock, she remembered speaking with me on the phone, remembered my voice from the phone call as well as my name, and walked me through the process of securing the unit. I highly recommend working with her.
