Only issue I had was having a dead rat in the unit I rented, now this is a storage facility so things happen but these should be checked before renting out now I’m worried my stuff will get messed up. Other than that it was cool very clean inside and out didn’t see trash all over, smell was great and carts available.

We have lost a lot of irreplaceable & valued items such as (clothes, shoes, hats, luggage bags) in this storage due to (rodents/rats) eating through our belongings. 🐀 The unit stunk with a foul oder upon opening it & was filled with rat droppings/feces surrounding all of our property. Bags of clothes eaten through & left full of rat feces. There was a rodent trap in the unit as well.

I came back to move my stuff out and found some of my shoe and other cardboard boxes were wet at some point. I wasn’t told about any accidents or water issues in the building. That’s my only complaint. The storage served its purpose.
