There was a mixup when I arrived to check in. The first 2 units they assigned to me were both occupied. The manager, Lakeisha, was very helpful in getting the situation resolved.

It sucks having to pay extra over something out of my control. Also the phone number kept on file wasn’t mine. I went to the office to change it multiple times and it was never actually updated.
