My husband and brothers went to unload the uhaul and they said they where having different finding our unit 1776 it wasn't where the other 1700s were supposedly and the alarm went of on them to when they opened the lock I don't know if that's just what it does when it's first opened but it went off on them. But other then the difficulties finding the unit everything was fine.

I wanted to utilize the free first month complementary unit because I frequently rent trucks from this company. The staff was helpful, checking in was very professional. The facility was clean. I was provided with a card key to get inside and outside the building. however, upon arriving, we realize the storage unit they gave us was locked. We were unable to finish our move in a timely manner because we were delayed 45 minutes waiting For customer service to help in this situation. The alarm went off because it was after business hours. It was very stressful plus the unit was only supposed to be 8 miles from my location. It was 17 miles It took me almost 30 minutes to find the storage unit from my home.
