The staff at this location are incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind. I felt welcome there. They are very knowledgeable of what the company offers. Their attitudes were very respectful, warming and positive. I only wish i would have rented my truck from them. I only rented storage. I accidentally placed a reservation at 2 different locations. The location in Jackson thats located on 4181 Northview dr, Jackson, MS 39206 were not helpful. I had a truck reservation with my miles added that showed me what i would pay at the counter, but when i went to pick up the truck and pay, it was $40 higher. They argued about "what's online is wrong" and that they "didn't know why it quotes people those prices." They placed the wrong fuel mileage on my paperwork, they failed to put my dollies i rented in the truck. They told me i was supposed to get it myself. Their attitudes were dismissive and disrespectful.

Because it was for my business, I'll have to go back up there to receive proof I moved out before my charge date. This survey is the only thing I've received thus far...

I can't express my gratitude enough to the Store Manager and her staff.

Ityuanna S | Overall ExperienceMy husband and brothers went to unload the uhaul and they said they where having different finding our unit 1776 it wasn't where the other 1700s were supposedly and the alarm went of on them to when they opened the lock I don't know if that's just what it does when it's first opened but it went off on them. But other then the difficulties finding the unit everything was fine.
