Could be cleaner but I’m a fan of sanitization because of other people’s funk, oh and while the wheelie carts are great, it would help folks A LOT if you had wheelie bins to make less trips without fear of your stuff falling off Thank you

Stephanie J | First ImpressionsThe Uhaul disc lock I purchased for my storage unit 8 years ago got stuck so I couldn’t open my storage unit. The staff at Uhaul tried with their special tool, but it didn’t work. I had to pay a professional lock smith $175 to cut it off. Uhaul should reimburse me since it was their own product that failed. Had to buy another lock to secure storage for the final week.

May’s bill was paid on time & June’s wasn’t due for another week. They had no explanation as to why it happened. They ended up cutting the lock off & I was able to retrieve my things.
