Shahzad C | Overall ExperienceAlways customer at this location over 10yrs! Cleanliness of storage elevator, bathrooms water fountains have declined. Elevator smells like urine, doors look like never wiped need air freshener in bathrooms and fresh cleaning daily! I reported this already! Please improve my grandchildren even complained! I brought my odorban to spray in elevator to help with odor! Please address cleanliness. Trucks need to have phone charge capability. I was told to get my adapter and plug into cigarette lighter! That didn’t work! Please fix this issue people need their phones charged! Thanks for great customer service in office! Ms Rita is a jewel and others are very helpful. Thanks for easy checkin and checkout! Please hire better cleaning staff and supervise; came early mornings or late evening never saw anyone cleaning or evidence! It used to be clean years ago please address for its a bad first impression that last at storage facility! Storage unit was clean but bathrooms and elevator nasty! Thank you!

And never come back to the phone. Or like what happened to me this morning, allow me to be on hold for 10 minutes I make it to the uhaul place and they pick the phone up and hang it up.not knowing I had just walked in the store. Thank God I was just coming in the buiding and I told them about that. That's not professional or courteous
