Upon my arrival to drop trailer and load a storage space I was greeted immediately. Very friendly staff. I met Ms. Tina which I believe to be the manager. She didn’t stop moving and was directing traffic. She even offered me water as it being a very hot day. Staff was great and knowledgable.

The staff was helpful, and the facility was perfect for what we needed. We moved in using a UHaul trailer, and our move out was with a long-haul mover (large semi). No issues with the convenient loading dock area.

Matthew H | First ImpressionsI was homeless for 2 years. I called monthly to update my payment date and was told I couldn’t move the date. I was charged multiple late fees simply because my paydays fell on a later date monthly. At the end of my rent period, I was told o could not receive any late fee refund nor a refund for the last month paid, although I ended my rent period early. Poor communication and lack of service from customer support.
JAMES H | Overall ExperienceThe General Manager, Tina Jones was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process of returning the truck, getting the paperwork done, start to finish and also assisting with questions regarding the move- in progress of the storage unit. Great storage facility, it was clean and had a very friendly environment when we walked in. The employees were very polite and approachable and professional throughout the process as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend to family and friends !!
