Rene V | Overall ExperienceI explained to staff I work as a handyman. I visit my storage unit at different times to get whatever tools needed. 5 different times my unit was blocked with uhaul truck. Two of the times the office was closed and I was unable to access my unit at 7pm! Other times I had to go to the office and have them move the uhaul. Which had me waiting 15mins till i can enter my unit. I was told the manager tells the staff to park the trucks there. This is not why I pay over $200 a month to deal with these issue. I had enough and moved out. Horrible staff.
