MARCUS W | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit didn’t work out for me so I requested a move out the same day I booked it. These scumbags kept my unit occupied under my name even though I NEVER EVEN MOVED IN. They kept it occupied for almost a month and it took multiple contacts through the app customer service and email to get them to move me out. They never answer the store phone so it goes to a master customer service who’s says you have to contact the store. Stupid.
Dean A | Overall ExperienceI did not find the tops of the F floor spaces being open overhead acceptable. The wire doesn’t seem adequate; another person can easily jump up on the next cubby with wire cutters and poof they are in your stuff to take. The mice traps are a first too! I have never seen rodent traps INSIDE the storage unit. I guess it is what it is…
DAUNTAE H | Overall ExperienceToday when I checked out the man who took care of me was very nice, efficient and helpful. He was finishing moving a truck, but saw me came over to say he’ll be right with me. Then he helped me and joked with me and we laughed a little. He was obviously busy and doing a lot, but made me feel like I was important also and took the time needed with me.

Like an animal figure collection worth thousands, power tools,generators, electronic drum set, electric guitar and acoustic guitars. Bikes, and much more.then i was told it was auctioned for $0 and I owe the amount of the storage still.this is outrageous.
