The bathroom next to the front desk needs to be aired out, have you ever considered adding an air freshener or something to reduce the foul smell? Or hiring a woman to help freshen things up? You probably don't mind it but customers may notice and I did because it didn't smell like farts a few months ago or last year. Gross....
