The young female who worked on Monday August 14th was very rude unprofessional very disrespectful but the team who worked on August 15th were very respectful polite helpful excellent customer service made me feel welcomed great communication

Elizabeth S. | Overall ExperienceQuestions 4&5: I hope the unit was clean? I wasn't able to enter the building with my access code - I got an error at multiple doors. The bigger problem is that the loading area was not secure, there was almost no parking on site, and there were folks loitering in the parking lot. I wouldn't feel comfortable using this facility by myself or at night, and cancelled my contract. Phillip was very helpful over the phone. I will not be recommending this location.

Very understanding. Most people that are in need of what they renting are in need of what they are selling and my not have the money or time to help, they are not out to present another problem by over charging on their pricing.
