Had my unit locked after being not even a week late paying. Also, I now have ROACHES in my stuff and have to throw away most of the items I put in storage. I will NEVER use your storage again. The fact that you want to charge me 140.00 when I can get a climate controlled unit same size for 100.00.

ROSELLA P | First ImpressionsI have rented storage from UHAUL a lot over the past few years; however, this storage unit was bug infested. I guess the bugs came from the trees surrounding this particular storage unit. I also saw a few cockroaches inside my unit. Disappointing. I have never before rented a storage unit on the gravel, but roaches got into the unit as well as flying insects, not bees, but flying bee-like bugs. For these reasons, this storage unit was below average for UHAUL standards.

PENNY P | First ImpressionsUnit had somebody else's lock wrapper and post control trash left in it when I moved in. I saw no reason to leave it in any better condition, so I took the lock wrapper with me, but I didn't have a broom to sweep it out.
