I went on a Sunday and there was one person working. Rented a truck to get my belongings came back to put my code in and it didn’t work. Went to the desk and there were 3 people in line with a lady saying she had the same issue as me and had been waiting for 2 hours. Needless to say when someone opened the gate I got in and went to the locker I was assigned to which wasn’t available so I took the locker next to it because it was about to rain and wasn’t going to wait in line for 2 hours. U-Haul definitely needs more than 1 person working on a Sunday. What a terrible experience.

Byron is amazing … she was worried about not processing my reservation because I had one online and she was making me a priority with the older woman that was there was rude and obnoxious and seriously should not be in a Customer seat field. Bring only moved to heaven on earth to get me processed called another store for assistance to make sure I was taken care of properly, but came down to my unit to make sure it was up to what I expected it today. For a young girl at this location she didn’t one heck of an amazing job. The manager Norm should be proud of her and she seriously get rid of the older woman. She was so horrible. I don’t even know her name.

We don’t like the way it’s set up because it was hard to move our stuff into the building, would have much preferred an exterior unit so it was easy to unload. Otherwise it was decent, clean, and in good condition.
