I found it very difficult checking in & getting initial access to my indoor storage unit. Directions were not clear and concise as to how to do the initial check-in. For example, to check in I had to enter my code on a specific keypad, which ended up being the 4th keypad I tried. There was no sign or clear directions that stated that in order to gain access to my unit for the very 1st time, "I initially needed to use the middle keypad, located on the loading/unloading ramp side of the building, & enter my code. After that I could use any of the other keypads, located by the doors, to gain access to the interior of the building where my unit was located." I even tried calling the after-hours supervisor, however it went straight to voicemail & the mailbox was full. Thankfully though I ended up figuring out how to gain access to my unit & everything else went smoothly from there.
Courtney G | Online Move InThe ease and speed of the process of moving in and out were a nice surprise! Once the sun goes down, there really isn't much light to work with. I relied on my car headlights in the evening hours. Otherwise, I wouldn't ask to change a thing!
