If I could rate it a zero, I would. I cancelled my unit and they still took the money from me. I called dozens of times to get the issue corrected and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I sent several emails, no response. Now, after finally getting a hold of someone, they say it must have been a mistake. The only mistake was expecting them to be competent at their jobs.

Raymond H | First ImpressionsThere was a secured gate, but it was changed, left open at some point. Probably pending repairs. 2nd shift team can use better customer service. The manager in the morning is very helpful. Dust getting in outside units get dusty. Overall very good.
Tshiela B | Overall ExperienceDeceptive practice. Jessica Reyes allowed an abuser to open a unit in my name. No permission and no notification on nothing. When confronted about it to staff they auctioned off what was in the unit and never let me even see what was inside of it. The staff aided in the obstruction of justice and I never got to speak jessica when I really needed to but she made the decision to speak with the identity thieves instead. I am working on a civil act lawsuit against Jessica Reyes.
