I reserved the truck and storage unit for thurs.i called it in on Wednesday. I was informed that there was no reservation for me on Thursday, and that I was supposed to be there on Wednesday and my reservation had been cancelled. When I made the reservation, I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the first month on the unit because I was renting a truck. I was charged for both, because I didn't have time to diddle around because I had to have the truck to pick up my belongings on Thursday before work.

Bill H | First ImpressionsAfter driving over from eastern Wa over a month ago, I explained to the representative on the phone that I was on a time limit to get moved in to my new apartment. She told me because of one close associates had an unpaid bill U-Haul would not rent me the same truck that I drove over in. I asked What the bill was for and said I may be able To take care of it, she than explained that he owed over $1000 but would settle on around $750. This is defamation of character towards him, and I will be contacting a lawyer.
