I had to tell the manager, Viola, THREE times that I had moved out. She still didn't move me out in the computer system so uhaul kept tryng to charge me. I rented a moving truck in order to move out of that storage unit. And they applied the payment I had for the truck to the storage unit that I had just moved out of. And then they called and said they couldn't use that payment because they had applied it to storage instead of truck. But they had already deposited my check into the U-Haul Bank. They also calculated the total amount due incorrectly and now there's a balance due back to me and nobody's contacted me about how that's going to happen. And when I first came in to initially rent said unit. I came in because of a special U-Haul was running.... Free truck with storage rental, or something like that, and the guy at the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Other employees had to come and fill him in

GREG A | Overall ExperienceWhenever I visited during the summer, the facility's temperature was always in the red and never in the "climate control" range. The humidity was also very strong. I had candles stored in my unit that melted. Saw lots of dead roaches in the facility. And elevator was broken and A/C wasn't working when I first moved my stuff in. Other than the maintenance and cleanliness, my stuff was always safe and secure and never had any problems with workers.
