It was a shock of the recent move, but I am happy for the business and look forward to seeing the new facility building changes. Would like more detail, on the renovations at the storage unit facility for Saddle Brook, NJ. Didn't receive a date when facility appearance would be completed, and when my units will be placed back at the Saddle Brook, NJ location. Alvaro B | Overall ExperienceThis facility is a horror. I had to throw items away at clean out due to roach infestation and my worries of bringing that to my house. This place is disgusting. I will never refer anyone to this storage. The lady at the front desk however Is a sweetheart. That’s why this place gets 1 star.
JERRY G | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I’m giving this Uhaul storage 2 stars is because the front desk lady was extremely helpful. Now on to the rest. Let’s start by saying this storage facility is an absolute dump. How do they have the nerve to have 3 floors and no elevators? I guess I’m supposed to haul furniture on my back ? The hallways are damp and cold, the storage units themselves have no light. I literally felt like I was walking down the hallways of eastern state penitentiary in its decomposing state. I dropped off my belongings because I had no choice but I will be removing everything before the month is up. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!!

Charles C | Online Move InNot convenient that there is no elevator. There is a ramp but you first have to go up 6-8 steps which isn't the most easiest thing to of with heavy items
Dzenan S | Online Move InAccessing the storage was a hassle. My given access code was not working, then miraculously after 15 minutes of trying, it finally let me in. There were multiple bugs, and I had no idea there was no elevator in the facility. If that would have been mentioned I would have never purchased a unit, and the only reason I still kept it was because it was after hours and I couldn’t speak to anyone. When I move my belongings out, I will never use this facility again, nor recommend it.
