RAMESHBHAI M | Overall ExperienceI was a long term client, for about 4 years and general manager (she is a women) really made me feel comfortable when I was moving out. I have to be honest about one thing looking back, it was confusing sometimes to make sure your self storage was locked. If it wasn’t done the perfect way, it wouldn’t lock. Sometimes after 20 minutes I gave up, because my self storage would not be locked and I am paying over 250.00 a month. I needed a cargo van one time and did not receive a discount after over 4 years of never missing a payment, loyal, never caused a problem, and I had a veteran who was driving. For long term members it might be a good idea to give them a better rate, especially when moving out. I paid easily over 10k low balling it over the 5 years at your U-Haul. My two biggest complaints, where the unit wouldn’t lock sometimes, and give some people who already give you a 5 star a major discount to use the cargo van for a few hours. Those percs would have made me feel more valued.
