Stanley G | Overall ExperienceI checked out of unit 4357 on Dec 18th 2025. There was a black guy at the front desk who also sold us a 84inch tv box. Apparently he did not close out my unit on December 18th and I received a your storage is past due yesterday. Which I called and at that time he closed out the unit. If the unit was close out on the 18th I was due a refund. We turned in our access card at that time and even took pictures of the unit and showed him.

CONSTANCE B | Overall ExperienceIt wasn’t clean on the inside,I had to sweep it out myself. It was hard getting in I kept putting the code in but it wasn’t working so the lady at the front desk had to use her code for the elevator and I used the code for the storage unit. The problem was I had to keep going to get her for entry to the elevator..I don’t plan to be there another month . They said I would get a free lock if I ordered the truck and storage unit and that wasn’t true ,I had to purchase the lock myself. I will not do another month .
