BETTY B | First ImpressionsI made a reservation for a storage unit on the bottom floor ahead of time. When I got to the location, the staff member was not able to locate my reservation. She ended up giving me a different unit. I was on the top floor and far away from the front door, which was the exact reason why I had called in ahead of time and reserved a unit. I will say the girl was very sweet and tried to be helpful. She was also honest about the fact that she didn’t really know what she was doing and told me to call in the next day or come in and another staff member that would be there could help me locate a unit that would work better for me. I ended up getting a different unit so everything worked out. 😀

VIOLETA M | Overall ExperienceThe motion detector for the light in the hallway for my unit (1257) has been broken for OVER A YEAR. This is a safety hazard, especially because people who do not have storage units (literally, homeless people) hang around inside the facility all hours of the day. I have made several employees aware of this multiple times and nothing was done. I even emailed the owner. No reply. Also, the price of my unit went from $159 to $179 in less than 6 months. The exact same unit is currently advertised at $159. So silly and careless to advertise this while you continue to increase prices for people already renting units. Also, there are so many uhaul vehicles in the parking ares of this place it's hard to navigate. Totally careless, again, for people paying for storage. I hated having a unit here and I am so happy to be out. I will never rent anything from this uhaul or any other uhaul ever again.
