Well done on ruining the hard earned high credit score for this man with 4 children on one income and no I'm not on welfare. Good day to who over is reading this. I am truly disappointed...
GERARDO R | Overall ExperienceWell my comment if it wasn't for your employee George I would have never rented a space I would have never rented a U-Haul for the first person that I met at the store was a young man that wouldn't get off his phone a young man that didn't know anything about your products and I left their very upset and disgusted with the whole store My son said I should not judge the whole store on this one young man However George made the difference thank you very much.

Michael M | First ImpressionsFor the most part the storage facility was accessible. While the signs state 24/7, there was 1 time that we arrived around 10:30pm to put some stuff in storage and was unable to enter. Our card worked fine but wasn't allowed access.

My bill towards the end was insane as I was paying more than some climate controlled 24/7 places. Also no access to any electricity is also frustrating for your costumer..totally unnecessary from a buisness standpoint.
