I showed up at 6:30pm to make a 10 minute drop, when the store was purportedly open til 7. The gates were all locked. After driving around for about 15 min to try to find out how to get in, I went into the office to ask. The guy behind the desk moved as slow as one can at the end of a work day. He sauntered out to open the gate. I don't get in til 6:55, at which point, he informed me that I only had 5 minutes to unload. This was my first drop off. No one told me I'd need to be there 45min-1hr before closing. It looked like they were trying to get a jump on closing early. I called uhaul to find out if this was normal. They told me no and that they would have the manger call me back. He never did. So, I moved my stuff to cube smart. Very happy with them. Additionally, cube smart doesn't have trucks parked and blocking the storage entrances like the uhaul center does. Highly recommend cube smart.

Secondly, it’s too expensive!!!! $179 for makeshift unit for a crazy. I just moved out from here and into a a similar size unit in Redlands for $105 a month. Ridiculous. I want my money back.

There, the staff was beyond helpful, and the customer service was amazing. I was very stressed from having to find another storage location and the awful experience, but the staff members at Tippecanoe helped relieve that stress. I appreciate their help and dedication to their job.
