I used to pick up my U-Haul trucks from another location simply because it was closer, but I recently started using the Camino Ruiz location and I’ve been really impressed with both the facility and the customer service. The location is very busy, but the team manages it well and keeps things moving smoothly. Amber in particular stands out. After just one visit she remembered my name, and now she greets me every time I come in. That level of attentiveness really surprised me given how many customers they handle. She’s always helpful, friendly, and organized, and she makes you feel like a priority even when things are clearly busy. I’ve noticed the same positive attitude from the rest of the team as well. They balance the fast pace with professionalism and a smile. Great facility and great service. I definitely recommend this location.

I had your management tell me that I could only have one lock and they cut the other lock off - that's STUPID. My items may not have been stolen if the management had allowed two locks.
