Myrna N | Online Move InI had half of my items stolen recently from the unit. It was after I had itemmized the things for insurance. I had your management tell me that I could only have one lock and they cut the other lock off - that's STUPID. My items may not have been stolen if the management had allowed two locks. I have paid for that unit for 10+ YEARS!

APRIL G | Overall ExperienceIt took more than 1h to find my contract and reservation, and to be able to begin downloading. Also when I made the reservation (+1month in advance) I thought it was properly reserved for me , and when arrived they told me than another one arrived earlier and picked up my storage, so I needed to upgrade. Wrong instructions on the website
