APRIL G | Overall ExperienceIt took more than 1h to find my contract and reservation, and to be able to begin downloading. Also when I made the reservation (+1month in advance) I thought it was properly reserved for me , and when arrived they told me than another one arrived earlier and picked up my storage, so I needed to upgrade. Wrong instructions on the website

Alexander F | Overall ExperienceU-Haul Moving and Storage at Miramar is a very good choice for long term storage. I rented 2 spaces, 10' x 20' x 8' for 11 years, from 2014 to 2024. Whenever I visited or called, management and staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. My furniture and possessions never, ever showed any trace of insect or animal intrusion. In fact, the temperature controlled storage showed tiny traces of dust, if any - which was a bonus when I moved out. The halls and premises were well maintained, free of debris, clean, and orderly at every visit I made. I required moving assistance when it was time to downsize and depart San Diego - Edward Tomlinson facilitated my movers, encouraging them to use the convenient Loading Dock (I was uncertain about access). It made the move so much easier. I noticed Mr. Tomlinson is always available by phone, and keeps very much "on top" of any issues that come up. That's very important when meeting movers who are on a tight schedule. I arrived very early one morning & Mr. Tomlinson was at the automatic entry doors with repairmen en route (someone had damaged the doors overnight) He made sure my movers had trouble free entry when I greeted them at 10:00am. I appreciate that things happen - but his prompt attention ensured normal, easy access for tenants. That's great customer service. My move out was necessary due to changes in my extended family. I'm sorry to leave San Diego. However, I am grateful for the excellent service from U-Haul Miramar. Thank you for requesting feedback.
