The only thing I would consider is resurfacing the exterior pathways to the storage units. The asphalt is way too old.
cary g | Overall ExperienceAll of my stuff was destroyed by mold there in a matter of months because we had severe storms that flooded the lower units & the mold got into the walls due to extremely poor ventilation, lighting & failure to notify patrons that the building was rotten. I need compensation for the fact that everything I loved & was paying to safekeeping was DESTROYED by your moldy, dank, rotten facility. I’ve documented all the damage using photos of my damaged stuff.

Martha H | Overall ExperienceOur unit had visible rat foot prints and things chewed up, which means the rats were getting in from another unit or units. Not sanitary. Concerned our belongings were not very clean and chewed up. And to add U-Haul always kept raising their prices.
