salome g | Overall ExperienceIt would like to express that I am personally giving a five-star rating to Nikki ... she is the epitome of professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. As a customer, I have worked with Nikki in the not so distant past and she has always gone the extra mile to provide the highest level of customer service. I cannot express thiat enough. The poor rating comes in with Ashlee Truong. She is one of the most unprofessional, rudest incompetent people I have ever dealt with as a customer. She needs to work on her people skills and she needs to check her attitude.. she was way out of line and allowed her workers to talk down to me.... this is totally unacceptable. I was a little hesitant about continuing my business with U-Haul but that is when Nikki stepped in and "saved the day. Ashlee sets a very poor example of what a general manager should be.. I don't see how it is that she is continuing to work in that position or any position for that matter with such a nasty attitude. She needs to be reprimanded.

JUVE A | First ImpressionsI have been in the Moving in storage industry for many years. I even worked at this facility of U-Haul. It is by far the cleanest nicest storage facility I have ever seen. Did a great job U-Haul. It was great working for you the best storage facility I’ve ever used. Highly recommended.

CHRISTOPHER H | Overall ExperienceManager locked my unit without letting me know a least regardless of her just had spoke to me and given me a verbal warning. She just took upon herself to pt me on what i think is called controlled access where i have to sign in and out and wait till they lock/unlock my unit only during office house and for 30min at a time. Ive been here since june and not was i bugged l, cashed attention or made their work difficult. All she seen want a extension cord connected and placed in my unit because i was charging my tools So i could clean up this unit amd i had to go To My car and didntdidnt want to leave expensive tools there. She said its a breach of contract and next time there was consequences . Well i leave and come back hours later t find out about what she had done. Nit the first time shes not helpful or does unprofessional acts. Terrible experience here at this location which is why i moved my 2-3 units to Public Storage.
