For such a big U-HAUL yard they didn't have a utility dolly to loan out which made my moving in harder
Patrick H | First ImpressionsWhen i arrived, the customer service line was somewhat long but not too bad. While waiting the staff had their hands full with helping customers waiting kn line to everyone lf them also answering phone call but very surprised that each one kept their calm and got everything handled. Was in line for about 15-20 min and when it waa my turn it was a smooth transacttion. By the time i got my paperwork and lock for my storage unit, the line had practically doubled and almost a line out the door. So definitely ezpect to stay awhile bc this location gets busy but with the friendly and positive employees i can see why it doea other then its location but im sure its the staff.

She went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. As a customer, I have worked with Nikki in the not so distant past and she has always gone the extra mile to provide the highest level of customer service. I cannot express thiat enough. The poor rating comes in with Ashlee Truong. She is one of the most unprofessional, rudest incompetent people I have ever dealt with as a customer. She needs to work on her people skills and she needs to check her attitude.. she was way out of line and allowed her workers to talk down to me.... this is totally unacceptable. I was a little hesitant about continuing my business with U-Haul but that is when Nikki stepped in and "saved the day. Ashlee sets a very poor example of what a general manager should be.. I don't see how it is that she is continuing to work in that position or any position for that matter with such a nasty attitude. She needs to be reprimanded.
