The issue that is disconcerting is the inability to print out the contract, inaccurately reporting of gas at departure of cargo van and failure to cancel my storage unit in a timely fashion.

I was very surprised at how well-maintained the facility was. The storage units may not be climate-controlled but it was clean, well-maintained, and not too hot inside. Units are well-organized and easily accessible. I also really appreciated the furniture and mattress dollies that are free to use by customers.

The advertisement stated I would get one month free if I chose U-Haul over competitors, but I was charged for the full amount upfront instead. I reached out to inquire about this, but the issue was not resolved. Because of this experience, I will likely look into other options next time.
