Staff were friendly at first but then over time they were rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. Several managers and staff knew about our situation for months but when it came time to us needing compassion they deliberately tried to put us into debt. They deliberately tried to play stupid and staff even got to a point where they REFUSED to give me a manager and assistance of any kind. Everyone knew we were unhoused, we constantly were paying our bill regardless and kept them in the loop constantly. Yet they still wanted to play stupid and would find ways to penalize us. They made our situation worse. And in the end we lost almost everything.. Just because your business looks nice doesn’t mean your workers are.Stop trying to cover up the fact that your workers are incompetent and rude.. And your business clearly only cares about the money and not the welfare of others….
Brandy A | Overall ExperienceThis place is amazing literally! I was able to have 2 huge units for years, and use the Uhaul truck/van services many times without issues. I loved being able to go to my unit OR rent vechicles in the middle of night if needed. The staff there is really nice, so if there is a long line to get assistance please wait patiently :) some issues take longer than others and they are trying their best. I am moving out of state or I would stay with them! Happy moving everyone!! :)

KATHLEEN A | First ImpressionsThe unit I had rented was taken, and I only found this out after hauling my things to the storage door. I called the office number but was directed to the corporate office, who couldn’t get a hold of the local office either. I had to leave my personal items unattended to go from the storage facility to the office and then waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me. I saw people walk by and heard employees chatting amongst themselves. When I got helped they gave me another unit, but upon arrival that one was also taken. I then had to search for my own unit that did not have a lock on it until I called again and on the third attempt they moved me downstairs to an available unit. The office manager Brian was apologetic and eventually helpful, but I am very frustrated with the experience overall.
