I received excellent customer service for all the years I was there. The new store manager is a great asset to U-Haul.
Sandra M | Overall ExperienceAfter-hour security didn’t set up properly for us. The card provided didn’t work. We were able to check in the gate however the inside lock didn’t let us check in which cause alarm going off when we opened out units. Nobody picked up phone calls (emergency line, security or manager).
Ziqian L | First ImpressionsWe had the staff help us however after he confirmed our locker is booked, your system didn’t save our reservation which cause no record the next time we visited. And they had to redo it for us. Also they had no idea that the units provided locks accordingly to the email, and no lock was put in the unit. We also weren’t aware that it’s a split unit.

My card simply never worked despite multiple attempts to reset it and receiving new cards. Otherwise, price point was fantastic and almost consistent over a four-year period.

Ayodele T | Online Move InThe manager Ashlee was absolutely amazing with every single transaction and interaction. Hands down she’s running the show there and doing a dang good job of it too. Give her a raise! Overall the facility is being handled well, the temps for climate control were doing good, just enough carts for everyone to use on a busy day, elevators were good besides one being down for a while but that was fixed. Everything was safe and secure plus the price was more than fair even after the annual adjustment. Keep up the good work and great storage.

I tried to reach out the store and the customer service line hundreds times but no one helped me and they keep postponing or not responding my request. As of today I still didn’t get the issue resolved. Bad experience would not recommend!
