The prices are steep, but the deal allowing a free month with truck rental was nice and allowed us time to get things squared away with housing. As a price conscious consumer, though do not think I would choose to have a uhaul storage unit due to the price, even though it is an extremely nice facility.

VERONICA S | Online Move InUnloading our uhaul to move items into storage was difficult. There are those bars that span across the loading dock so we couldn't put anything on the dolly or carts and just wheel them out. We had to push the items to the dock and try to lift everything over the beams to get them on the carts or onto the dolly. This was so ridiculous. Additionally, there was a dolly and blankets pinned to the truck we rented - the dolly was in the way when we were loading the truck and took up space we needed for our furniture. We had to make an additional trip because we lost that floor space and we didn't want to jam our items in.

Renee G | Overall ExperienceWhen I return my truck I asked if I owe a balance due to the fact I kept the truck 2 extra days. I was told no I’m good to go no balance is due multiple times. I asked again several days later and was told the same thing by the manager. Two weeks later I received a phone call stating I have an outstanding balance for the truck due to none payment. I explained to them I was told I didn’t not owe anything by the manager. They still proceeded to say I have to pay any way . So no I do not like the service I received they gave me false information and now I’m in debt with them.
