Customer service is great at this location. The Manager Lindy is always helpful and quick even with when it's just one worker and lots of customers to tend to.

Jodi O | First ImpressionsOverall respectable. Bathrooms need cleaning. Broken items from other peoples move outs, not swept up. Not a lot of parking. They are the only heated facility in Southlake Tahoe that I know of so I can use my facility year-round. That is a plus for me.

MEHRNAZ S | Overall ExperienceI would like to give a 5-star review, however I do not agree with not being prorated when I moved out a week after paying for a full month ahead of time. It was not transparent and if I was moving out of an apartment, I would have prorated rent. When I told the guy I was moved out, he was quick to ask me for the unit so it could be turned over to have another person rent it, but I did not feel that was right.
Michelle L | Overall ExperienceHe did fix the problem by upgrading us and giving a free month but only after causing us an extra two hours of packing and moving due to the mishaps and then being like I don’t know and I don’t remember you . Even though Tahoe is very small and I was just in there a week ago. This place has to have a high turn over rate . I’ve sadly Bought units here before never had this happen.
