The new manager " Lindy Wade" goes above and beyond for the customers. His Customer service is warm compassionate, and I felt a top tier service. I have rented DOZENS of uhals over the years from this location. I've never seen it look so neat and tidy going back to 2000. Everyone there is neat and curious and you can tell they work hard for Lindy.

If I ever need another storage unit, that is the only place I will ever get one again. The people at the storage unit in Lake Tahoe are so kind and caring. I was actually a little sad tempting my storage because I like talking to them.

Getting transferred 5 times and still not being able to talk to the location where you reserved your 20 foot truck is unacceptable. I’m sorry, but you now have to drive 35 minutes to pick up a 20 foot truck at a different location - spend your own time and money for gas!! Because someone didn’t return a truck on time. There is a reason why everyone hates the airline industry. I will never use UHaul again.

And basically stole a month's rent from me. I've got no help in the office. I went to them while the charges were still pending, and nobody did nothing

Jodi O | First ImpressionsOverall respectable. Bathrooms need cleaning. Broken items from other peoples move outs, not swept up. Not a lot of parking. They are the only heated facility in Southlake Tahoe that I know of so I can use my facility year-round. That is a plus for me.
