I rented a storage unit using my bank card, but then, although i did not sign up for automatic withdraw. u hole charged my account. And basically stole a month's rent from me. I've got no help in the office. I went to them while the charges were still pending, and nobody did nothing

Jodi O | First ImpressionsOverall respectable. Bathrooms need cleaning. Broken items from other peoples move outs, not swept up. Not a lot of parking. They are the only heated facility in Southlake Tahoe that I know of so I can use my facility year-round. That is a plus for me.

MEHRNAZ S | Overall ExperienceI would like to give a 5-star review, however I do not agree with not being prorated when I moved out a week after paying for a full month ahead of time. It was not transparent and if I was moving out of an apartment, I would have prorated rent. When I told the guy I was moved out, he was quick to ask me for the unit so it could be turned over to have another person rent it, but I did not feel that was right.
