I'm not sure of his name but the man who helped me was helpful and kind. I think he was the manager. He really helped me out when I was in a bad situation. Great customer service!!
MEHRNAZ S | Overall ExperienceI would like to give a 5-star review, however I do not agree with not being prorated when I moved out a week after paying for a full month ahead of time. It was not transparent and if I was moving out of an apartment, I would have prorated rent. When I told the guy I was moved out, he was quick to ask me for the unit so it could be turned over to have another person rent it, but I did not feel that was right.
Michelle L | Overall ExperienceHe did fix the problem by upgrading us and giving a free month but only after causing us an extra two hours of packing and moving due to the mishaps and then being like I don’t know and I don’t remember you . Even though Tahoe is very small and I was just in there a week ago. This place has to have a high turn over rate . I’ve sadly Bought units here before never had this happen.

Jamie D | Overall ExperienceDue to the homeless problem, the lobby area and bathroom of the storage facility were a disaster any morning before 9 AM. Often times the staff was nowhere to be found in the office they would instead be in an outbuilding and you would have to search the grounds for them. I canceled my Uhaul storage unit and was charged four days later, everything was out of the unit and when I went to dispute the charge at the office, no one was around, so I had to call and wait on the phone with customer service who also tried to call the store and was unable to reach them. Overall, my experience at Southlake was so poor, I bought a storage shed from Home Depot to put in my backyard.
