My review reflects a few experiences that, while not catastrophic, were frustrating and time-consuming. On one occasion, the entry gate malfunctioned and only opened a third of the way, preventing me from accessing the facility with my loaded truck. On another, after vacating my unit, I personally returned the access card to the onsite manager and confirmed the unit was cleaned out and no longer needed. Despite this, my account was not closed, and a charge was attempted for the following month. Both situations required multiple calls, navigating an automated phone system, long hold times, and nearly an hour of effort to resolve relatively minor issues. While the facility itself met expectations, the customer support process felt unnecessarily difficult and costly in terms of time—something I value as a finite and irreplaceable resource.

ZACHARY H | First ImpressionsThe people who work there are very nice, the prices are reasonable, and the units themselves are fine.. the low rating is because in several occasions.. meaning at least 3 or 4 times.. I could not gain access through the gates automated key pad. There’s a sign that says you can get a fob but they’re always out of them when you try to get one.. I’ve either been locked or or locked in the yard more than a few times and it’s usually when the office is closed and a separate trip will be needed to have the main office reset it. I had to make multiple trips to the one on north Division (2 miles away) just to gain access. Super frustrating and happened so many times, I moved out. Not having reliable access to my unit defeats half the purpose of having a unit in the first place, what good is a storage unit that you can’t get into when you need to?

Drug use evident, particularly in The bathroom. Lockersr Remained secure and untouched, however it was a constant concern over the period of rentals and moving out, seems as though there may be unlawful activity.

Amanda S | First ImpressionsI chose uhaul for the title name. I could have gotten a storage unit much cheaper else where. I chose you uhaul because i trusted it's security. My storage unit was broke into and stolen from. The inside panel on the left side had been removed and renailed poorly. When I reported this to the manager he told me he would view video footage. Every single time I have tried to contact him he's not in office. So we showed up several times to speak with him again he's not in office. He's not calling us back. And truly truly feels like he could care less about the security or the theft that took place. He's impossible to get ahold of. The app is always down, and the "secure gate" has been inaccessible several times during our short four months with uhaul. I will never use uhaul again, and I would not recommend anyone to go through uhaul. Not only should my storage unit have been trusted with the "security" but action should have been made in regards to my belongings. On top of that- I pay for insurance on my storage in case this were to happen. I lost sentimental, expensive, and irreplaceable items, and this doesnt include the damages to my property. Broken pictures, mirrors, my daughters huge dollhouse. I'm out a lot of money and property and uhaul doesn't even care.
