When I rented this unit there was an on-site office. A maintenance employee was on-site routinely. Several years back this changed when the office closed. The security cameras are not adequate as filming is grainy. The off-site office screens supposedly monitoring Lidgerwood facility do not work except in manager office. So most of the time nobody is keeping tabs on Lidgerwood facility.

patti j | First ImpressionsI was told there was a free lock provided it was not. I put my own lock on it and then I was told that I had to use a disc lock then one was provided. The only place I can see where Uhaul fell short, was answering the phone. I was locked inside this facility for over an hour and a half. I called three times was placed on hold for over 45 minutes each time. Only need to be hung up on in the end. I finally figured out how to get out but nobody ever returned my call. My overall experience was excellent very courteous very kind. Very helpful. The phone department is the only place you fell short other than that five stars. I’m happy cleanliness price overall service from Uhaul. Excellent thank you made a very difficult situation a lot easier.
