LINDA M | Overall ExperienceVery frustrating experience with this U-Haul from rude arrogant staff to inability to effectively access the heated storage units. For the few months we used the facility there are 3 access doors - only 1 as working. Access itself was very difficult due to the access doors being bottle necked into a small area filled with other unnecessary items. Not able to access with large moving trucks or trailers. I have had good experiences with U-Haul for the many times I have needed them in the last year however this one was awful & I would not recommend this location

Charlotte P | Overall ExperienceThe only thing that was inconvenient with the unit was the lights in the hallway would dim out to a lower setting while I was on a ladder or up on a stool moving boxes. I would then have to come down off the ladder/step stool and have to walk out to the entrance to motion sense the brighter light back on. Other than this, the unit was great. Thank you!
