All staff were helpful and professional. Getting into and out of my unit was easy. I would 100% go back if I need storage again.

Tom C | Overall ExperienceThe questions are tricky. Many of your staff was exceptional, the other seemed to be in a bad mood consistently, or tired. I get it. It's a long day there but still we are all going through things and moving is comparable to death so it can be a traumatic experience for some. I did appreciate the smiles from those willing to give it. The hours somewhat made things difficult for me as I was wrongfully evicted and had to move out in 3 days and since I could only move my things up until 7 pm, this made things a little difficult. I could only also access them during times that seemed impossible. Not sure why there is a pass key if we can only access the inner units until 7pm but I do understand this could pose safety issues and other concerns, given homelessness in St. John's, and trafficking both human and drugs so I do get it. Overall my experience was excellent. I was happy with the ease of everything and the staff was quite lovely.

Rented a appliance trolley 12 blankets And 2 Dolly's Was told it was all in the truck and when I got to my destination hauled up back cover nothing was inside Waited 2 hours and was told to go back and get the gear myself when I go there I was charged again for the stuff and half what I needed wasn't even in stock Was told I would be compensated and no one called me back and I got see my receipt to find they have charged me extra and took nothing off for the terrible experience and services. I would never recommend this service. Terrible

Dan W | Overall ExperienceInside storage area felt physically secure. Illumination was marginal. Would be nice is there was more lights on with motion when you were there. Access hours were also adequate, but longer hours would have been appreciated at times. Staff was generally helpful, but staff also seemed very much not to want to be there. I would truly say only one person I met there in my recent experience to be genuinely outgoing and friendly. Facility was as clean as you'd expect a warehouse. Bathrooms seemed cleaned regularly but floors were not mopped near my unit in the past month. Lack of garbage cans seems to lead to people putting things on top of light switches and electrical conduits. This garbage has been in same place for weeks. Facility was poorly maintained insomuch as the contents of my unit were severely damaged by water. Staff was of no assistance in this matter. For this reason alone I don't recommend this facility.
