Hot R | First Impressions24 hour surveillance was advertised, I drove through the compound and lingered near my unit multiple times both day and night to test. no cameras were observed close enough to the unit to accurately depict the features of an assailant had they broken into my unit nor any security staff. Seeing as my unit was both outdoors and hidden away from any onlookers left me uneasy considering the heafty price tag per month for the unit. The hours of access to my outdoor unit seemed were the bare minimum. Should be accessible 24hrs as no entry to the main building is required. NO qualms with the staff and service all of them were very helpful and accommodating. If needed in the future I may return due to the lack of affordable storage service in the area but mostly because of the staff. Amendments to the physical security system are required in my opinion. Otherwise the rental of moving equipment both trucks and/or trailers are convent and helpful as always. Please note my poor review and outstanding bill for my storage does not have anything to do with the staff. They were lovely. It is simply a concern for the perceived lack of security which may embolden criminals, including not being able to access the unit past a certain time as this seems like a cheap workaround for a true 24 security system. (Video surveillance coverage or manned security)

Dylan B | First ImpressionsMy overall experience was great. However when I did want to pay for an extra month when I first rented, I was told no. I couldn't Then the second month after the free month rolled around and I was without income, which initially started the lack of payments, otherwise two months would have been taken care of initially. Then I was evicted from my apartment unlawfully, lost my new business and was living in my car so I was unable to even remotely negotiate a buy out fee, which I would have gladly done because I had well. over $4000 of things in my unit. The staff was accommodating. I stated several times I was homeless now and could not get my things even if I wanted to as I had nowhere to put them and did not know anyone in St. John's. Even though I attempted to tell them this and even considered doing this and then selling things straight from the storage. Nonetheless it all had to go to auction. I lost much of my personal stuff but it doesn't matter as I am still homeless and you can thank the liberal governments for their ridiculous policies that allow drug traffickcers and users to stay in units next to normal people who are trying to do the best they can. I got evicted and the drug dealers could stay. That's a liberal government. I do appreciate them trying to find a settlement. That is key when someone is losing their things and I think its a brilliant method and way to treat people with respect and humanity and recognize they could be in a difficult financial situation, so keep doing that. I would have said yes but I had not home or anywhere to bring my things. So thank you.
