We asked about it when moving out, curtsy the staff denied even having one, then told me it wasn’t available for customer use. Requested assistance for 2 days with Daniel, but he couldn’t be bothered to help. Luckily I found another tenant with a forklift. So no, I don’t appreciate the lies, the racism or the laziness the staff exhibited

Next day, we had paid loaders, and they reserved the wrong size storage. The loaders had to leave. Now we’re in a third day. It was one representative the last one who scheduled us took her time and actually stop to see what I needed and why the mistakes. She got us the right size unit. So no! We were not satisfied with this part in Stafford Tx. But yes for the U-Haul service in Hope Mills NC! Awesome! As for the storage staff in Stafford, reported no issues but trying to be accommodating as they could with mistakes made by U-Haul. Now, calls to customer service has been a great experience with everyone being nice. But I would ask for individuals to listen to the needs of customers closely.
