This was not a good experience. We were reserved and RV park after arriving from almost 24 hour drive. Next day, we had paid loaders, and they reserved the wrong size storage. The loaders had to leave. Now we’re in a third day. It was one representative the last one who scheduled us took her time and actually stop to see what I needed and why the mistakes. She got us the right size unit. So no! We were not satisfied with this part in Stafford Tx. But yes for the U-Haul service in Hope Mills NC! Awesome! As for the storage staff in Stafford, reported no issues but trying to be accommodating as they could with mistakes made by U-Haul. Now, calls to customer service has been a great experience with everyone being nice. But I would ask for individuals to listen to the needs of customers closely.

Christopher T | First ImpressionsWorst U-Haul customer service I’ve ever experienced. This review is for the U-Haul at 603 FM 1092, Stafford, TX 77477. My first interaction with Alex was Saturday around 6:20 p.m. We needed a 6x12 trailer that was sitting on the lot. He said it hadn’t been returned in the system and made no effort to help, saying it was late and he was the only one working. The very next morning, another employee processed that same trailer in about 7–8 minutes, proving it could have been done the night before. When we returned the trailer Tuesday morning, I walked into the store where Alex and Daniel were working. Neither acknowledged me when I walked in. Daniel was assisting another customer, which I completely understand. Alex, however, was sitting at his desk with his head down, looking at his phone. He looked up once, saw me standing there, then looked right back down at his phone without saying a word. I stood off to the side for about 30 seconds to see if he would acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. He never did. I finally walked over to his desk and asked, “Can you check in the trailer?” Only then did he get up to assist. Outside, Alex told us to throw away the few items left in the trailer and then instructed us to move and park the trailer ourselves. I asked, “Don’t you guys move it with the trailer dolly?” His response was, “Those things are heavy. That’s the heaviest trailer we have.” After the trailer was disconnected, Alex simply walked away. There was no “Thank you for your business,” no “Have a nice day,” and not even a goodbye. That lack of basic courtesy summed up the entire experience. What made this even more disappointing is that the team working Monday at this same location was outstanding. We spent hours there loading and unloading during our move, and that Monday team was consistently outside working. They repeatedly checked on us, asked if we were okay, and asked if we needed anything. They were engaged, professional, hardworking, and visible—not sitting inside in the air conditioning on their phones. The difference between that Monday team and the service we received from Alex and Daniel was night and day. Management should recognize the employees who provide excellent customer service and address those who don’t. I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
