Kyra M | First ImpressionsFacility advertises that they have 24 hour access upon request but does not honor that. The current access hours are 5 am to 10 pm. By advertising 24 hour access on request then not honoring said request they misrepresent when a person can retrieve their belongings. They need to either honor their claims or remove this signage.
