They’re a scam. They charged me $98, changed the price 4 different times prior to that for the exact same trailer utility they knew from the start, and then I asked if I could get a refund if I go elsewhere and they told me yes which I have on video and then they robbed me I have a recorded call of it. I’ll shut this place down with my lawyer lol. This guy owes me 100$ I’m gonna collect it 100 times over he doesn’t believe me though. He’s a cop caller rat who threatens people with his cousin rcmp that’s in sylvan. Illegal to use relative cop for statement.

RACHEL L | Overall ExperienceIn mid June I told admin I was reserving a unit for August 1. Yet they continued to charge my CC for full rental though I was not taking the storage unit. I called. I emailed and was told it was an admin error and next month there would be no charge. The following month I was charged again full rate yet I still was not in the unit. Not trustworthy.

tabatha f | Overall ExperienceI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! I almost rented a storage unit from this location, but the response was unprofessional and raised concerns. So I cancelled my request, and even before I received the agreement to sign, they had already billed my credit card. I did not authorize any transactions nor sign an agreement with them. They’ve now blocked my number and will not respond to me, forcing me to claim unauthorized transaction through Visa. After reading all the similar negative reviews about this business, I will be contacting Better Business Bureau as well.

Neither of them could cancel this reservation or return my money. Call the storage unit and they hang up on you. Over 6 calls to u haul and rep at storage facility does not want to help to resolve the issue.

Had asked for a couple of extra days and was told I was lying when I said I was able to get in a few days early. Still haven't rescued my deposit from them.
