tramone c | Overall ExperienceI don't normally leave bad reviews but the staff at this place is not too great. Y'all somehow deleted me from the system and had to re-add me. It was very inconvenient. The staff acts very unprofessional. Only one guy gave me good customer service. It's because of him I didn't give you one star.

He acted like he was too stuck up and didn't have time to help he just stated his office every time you were asked was he there they would say no, and he would be in his office so corporate needs to take a look at the system. Manager was amazing.

He kept asking the same questions, name address, etc. from me when he could have taken my information down once. When I initially called, the computer systems were down, when he called me back, the message that he left was less than professional or informational...he left his name and to call him back on his cell #. So first, When I left my initial message, I did not know who Jamal was? So, I did not know that I would be getting a call from him. Second, I don't have his cell number. I was not sure who it was. Then when I followed up, this is when I found out when he told me he left me a message. Maybe some training on how to work with customers and how to leave a voice mail message that would give some indication on who they were with a phone number. after about an hour on the phone, he did get done what I needed, I can't say that I was confident that it was done correctly.
