The size and price discussed with the First agent was totally different from when we got to the location. Thankfully we found a place cause that unit was a scam

ALBERT B | Overall ExperienceThe loading dock height made it very difficult transferring items from car or truck onto dollies. The keypads to access the elevator and on the elevator were completely frustrating, required multiple sign-ins each time they were used (back and forth on/off the elevator). Then the unit was down endless halls because only one elevator was accessible. I couldn't wait to get out of here and to another facility for more, less expensive and more accessible space. BUT that being said, I have always been a happy U-haul customer renting vehicles and will continue to do so. Just not a fan of this storage facility.
