My only complaint is the automatic lights go on when I’m walking down my aisle and so many times when I was in my storage locker that was in the middle of the aisle up top, the lights went out on me. I am a single woman alone in your storage facility in the dark, it was not a good feeling and happening number of times.

Kiana M | Online Move InI made a reservation for the storage room four days prior to move. I received the email verification and secured with my debit card. I went to the facility the day before move to get my unit number to expedite the movers the next day because I was paying by the hour. Your desk rep told me I have to check in the day of, mot before. The next day, I go to check in and MY RESERVATION CAN NOT BE FOUND. They liiked at my confirmation email with confirmation number, but there was NO RESERVATION. They could not figure out a solution, so I said, "Here's an idea....START A NEW RESERVATION BECAUSE MY MOVERS ARE WAITING AND I AM PAYING BY THE HOUR!" Finally, I get the unit number and I ask about the lick. They tell me it's in the door of the unit. As expected--> NO LOCK WAS THERE. So I had to go BACK to get the lock. It is clear that Uhaul, as a corporation and its employees, are just as incompetent, unreliable, and throughly degraded to junk, as is everything else in this country. And NO ONE will be held accountable. In fact, this comment will not receive a reply because, as is the case with everyone else today, NO ONE CARES. The entire modus operandi is: #1- Take customer's money, #2- Tell customer they're on their own.

Dale H | Overall ExperienceThis U-Haul location on Gandy Blvd is exceptionally clean. The staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. The prices are competitive. My only complaint is about the split level units where only a ladder is offered to you to store your belongings in it. You have to carry your storage up a ladder to use the unit. Of course, these units are discounted but it is very inconvenient

Andrew B | Overall ExperienceOnly negative was that since we had an end unit, the lights would automatically turn off when I was working in or in front of our unit. I’d have to walk down the hall to get the sensors to detect motion and turn the lights back on. I think the “sharing center” near the front of the store was a great idea. I left several items that were of use to others. (The items were t there when I checked in the following weeks.) Finally, the staff was exceptionally and courteous.
