I have been a paying customer here and started receiving rude texts and told I was shut out of my unit for non payment which was untrue. When I called the person I spoke to apologized and said it shouldn’t have happened , however that was not the first rude text I received from this location. Emily helped fix and smooth things over when I called and let me know I should not have received this rude email and threat that I was locked out for nonpayment.

Overall great experience, only critiques are the fact that the unit I paid for was supposed to be humidity controlled and one of my TVs stopped working, also the prices could be more reasonable. Other than that great customer service and support, Amber and her team are great!

I told the person who helped us that we have clothes I need to store away and there wasn’t any mention of a storage room with carpet floors that are years and years old and have NEVER been cleaned before. The guy that helped was really cool and all but I prefer bad service but to keep my clothes from smelling like pee mixed with cigarettes and safely until I am ready to move out.

JAMES B | Overall ExperienceMy experience with Amber Rose at this location was very disappointing. We came in to switch from a small to a medium storage unit, which she said was possible. However, she was not helpful in making the change and didn't offer any solutions. We ended up having to rent two small units instead. Even the cleaning staff seemed to know more about how the system worked than she did. Amber was also disrespectful to the cleaning lady, telling her to "get back to cleaning" in a very rude way. I've rented from U-Haul in Canada before and have always had a great experience, so it's a shame to have this kind of service.
