I've responded NO & POR to all the above ONLY because I've been absent for 12 years and haven't checked my belongings. I can however state that they collect promptly every month and haven't notified me of any issues. I see this location has the same manager I've known from the start....that's always a good sign. I'll be back to retrieve my belongings before the end of September...I hope everything is not covered by mold and mildew. We'll see
