RUTH C | First ImpressionsMy customer service was great, and the truck was a really nice one. Love the back up camera added. Only issue I had was after hour return of the truck. I didn’t realize I had to download app to return the vehicle until I got to the store to do it. So then I had to sit there in the dark go through that process, answer all the questions, take photos of the truck… etc. I told my son I was good he could pull off I was just droop the key in a box and leave. So I was all alone at night with my little grandson, downloading app, taking photos, and searching for over aprox 30 mins for the drop box. I’ve done this many times over the years and I couldn’t find the drop! Finally saw a customer that came to their rent unit and I asked sis they know where the drop was. They showed me it was a small opening on the garage door. I didn’t see it because it was small, and so the signage. It needed to have a larger sign, bright yellow, red etc or something on the front of the building itself so it could be seen. Other than that all was good.
