The U-Haul service at this location was exemplary! The male party who helped to assign and locate the unit was very professional. In addition, special thanks and great appreciation goes out to Fabio, Catherine, and Cyn for going above and beyond in providing their assistance and knowledge to make my move in experience smoother. Their customer service and people skills were exceptional! Please pass on my heartfelt gratitude for their actions. On a negative note, the moving team that was hired through U-Haul was a grave disappointment. They showed up with two rather than three people thus, the move became overly complicated and time restrictive. The movers also wanted to be compensated an extra hour after they showed up short handed and were on their phones for extended periods of time. Regrettably, they were also inexperienced. I would never hire this moving team again!

Friendly staff and reasonable rates

It would've been helpful to know that the payment taken at the _beginning_ of the month was for the month in question (rather than taking the payment at the _end_ of the month like many other services (e.g. cell phone, utilities, etc.)).

And because of AMBASSADOR Bridge COMPANY, management problems I was I was force to cancel my credit card and I had to be late with my payment and you charged me a fine of $15.00 For that reason I am so not recommend a company that abuses they’re customers Thank you very much for your attention.
