I do not know that you had to go to a different address to see someone in person about my storage. There was supposed to be a lock inside of the storage and there was none.
Florine N. | Online Move InI was left without access to my storage unit for over 4 months with gate issues. nd fees from the first date that I did not have access to my unit to the day that I received the remote. The multiple emails, phone calls, and account messages that I have sent over the last few months show that I made every effort to let U-haul know of these issues and I shouldn't have been charged. This was ultimately an oversight from U-Haul and should be corrected.

DOROTHY F. | Overall ExperienceI am currently canceling my storage unit because I was given an access card to access the yard and my access card wouldn't work. I wasn't even able to get to my unit to use it!! I'm extremely upset at this whole situation because through this whole process most of the people I've dealt with have either not been able to help me or refuse to help me.
Jeffrey K. | First ImpressionsToo many issues to list here. Major issue was that they didn't honor the first month free storage even though I had a one way truck rental. They also assigned us to a unit that was locked and we had to drive all the way back to ask them to unlock it for us. Grievance has been filed and I'm waiting to hear back from the DM.
