I chose this U-Haul facility because of its convenient location, but unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. While clearing out our storage unit, there was yelling in the storage facility, creating an uncomfortable environment. When we went to close our account, I waited over 25 minutes for someone to come out from the back. Even U-Haul’s customer service representative was unable to reach the store or manager. When someone finally came out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the excessive wait. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I expected from U-Haul.

One guy actually removed a $350 debt from my account once. Thanks guys! You're the best! As for the company itself, they kept raising the rent to a point I could no longer pay it.
