I got yelled at for asking for help when I really needed it had a kid drive the U-Haul truck that had my car attached to it and had some random man drive my car off

Some people came and was asking what we were doing there so to speak and said if you're trying to get stuff out of a storage I have some stuff you can have(extremely offensive) I was given the wrong size so I call back today during business hours no body answered so I did 2 live chat where I was ignored and then told I'm sorry. No resolve had to call office again to get a resolve
