We were given a key card for the security gate to use for a storage unit rental. It was well appreciated until we found there was NO security gate or barrier to the storage unit we reserved # 1453 at the old Uhaul facility down the road. We returned the key card and the rental was cancelled as we did not need it. RJK

JOSEPH D | Online Move InMy son had a problem the light inside didn't go out and he didn't know how to turn it off. No directions were visible. Everything else was great.
ANTOINETTE M | First ImpressionsNo access to bay door to remove items from the unit no garbage can or things to clean out the unit but when the unit had a spill inside we were offered things to help keep the unit and facility clean but when out the unit it was no help in trying to get the closer entry door open to remove unwanted items two females came and couldn't help at all just waste of time. Fyi just give up the old building customer service is -1000000 if you have storage there it abandoned and unsafe for customers. Please stop calling me when I called for help no one helped and please stop having employees call people on Sundays It's The Lords Day
