The facility was always available when I needed to access it. Well lit and always very clean. Staff in the office was always very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to rent stuff needed or recommend.

Kyle, one of the employees, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to my 75 year old mother. So much so, she raved about him and spoke as if she adopted him as a new member of the family. Every interaction between Kyle and my mother gave her a new reason to be happy my camper was there under such a caring person. A few months later and I was selling my camper and went to the facility myself. The second I saw Kyle, I gave him a huge hug for being so kind to her. He also filled up the tires, and caught how I connected the camper hitch wrong, probably saving it. Please know that you have an amazing employee over there and he should absolutely be treasured by your company. As a large corporation. I know you can give this young man a raise and I am 100% advocating that you do. He’s probably also going to get some cookies from my mom for Christmas. Thank you, Linda Maino
