EDWARD W | Overall ExperienceI was left Jersey and my mom needed to store my camper, she chose the U-Haul on Rt 9 in Tom’s River, NJ. Kyle, one of the employees, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to my 75 year old mother. So much so, she raved about him and spoke as if she adopted him as a new member of the family. Every interaction between Kyle and my mother gave her a new reason to be happy my camper was there under such a caring person. A few months later and I was selling my camper and went to the facility myself. The second I saw Kyle, I gave him a huge hug for being so kind to her. He also filled up the tires, and caught how I connected the camper hitch wrong, probably saving it. Please know that you have an amazing employee over there and he should absolutely be treasured by your company. As a large corporation. I know you can give this young man a raise and I am 100% advocating that you do. He’s probably also going to get some cookies from my mom for Christmas. Thank you, Linda Maino

They were very attentive very understanding and very helpful. I will always use this location no matter where I live at and I will highly recommend anyone that’s moving or need a storage unit to get one there.
